One small suggestion is to write the names of the languages in their respective languages & alphabets. E.g. Español for spanish, Français for french, ?? for Mandarin, etc. This is becoming pretty standard practice. On a more long-term scale, it might also be good idea to do a google translate option for the entire site (in the top-right corner), so it is accessible for non-english speakers to navigate the site to reach the videos they want to see.
