This Park Slope phenomenon is interesting. On street cleaning rule days, people in the Slope will still double park, but they do it outside the bike lane!

    I've gotta give 'em props for such discipline! Who started this trend?

    Maybe we can convince DOT to map this as a part-time Class I lane! Or we could do a proof-of-concept trial on Houston St. this way!

    This is really great news that people's are parking outside the bike lane it is good.
