Streetfilms Terms of Use
It's great to hear of your interest in Streetfilms, and we're so glad you're spreading the word about livable streets. Streetfilms encourages you to share and embed our videos freely across the web and display streaming video in a classrooms, presentations or community group settings. We do charge processing fees for obtaining DVDs and high resolution files. Please read more about that here.
Streetfilms media comes with public performance rights provided your display meets the following requirements:
- You must credit Streetfilms any time you screen or redistribute (including electronically) any of our films as well as give credit in any accompanying printed or web materials. Please include our website url in these materials.
- Almost all of our productions are tagged with a Creative Commons 3.0 License, meaning they can be freely distributed and broadcast online. We do, however, charge processing fees for DVD and high resolution file distribution. This license does prohibit re-editing material for other use without our consent. Please email info@streetfilms.org to inquire about using Streetfilms in your project.
- It is also prohibited to profit from the screening of our DVDs, streaming video or high res files. We do allow non-profit organizations to screen our films at fund-raising events, but require that they receive permission in advance.
- You may not add your own watermark to any of our films.
