I love the Ethicist, and hardly miss a column. This video was VERY illuminating. I have a problem with the interior decor of his apartment, which is another matter, but Randy Cohen's views on traffic problems are spot on, and food for thought (and action!)
This is a well-produced video, and we need more in this vein. Thanks.

That is excellent, IMO. I tend to think of the ethics of transportation in terms of consumption -- the effect it has on people far away from us, but bringing the impact of transportation choices down to the local, personal level the way Cohen makes the message more compelling.
