Over the last few months on my many rides thru Sunnyside I've been watching as NYC DOT has been upgrading at least a 1/2 dozen of the "mixing zones" at busy intersections with concrete on Skillman and 43rd Ave. It really makes a HUGE safety and comfort difference.
